Housing
There are numerous housing co-ops in Santa Cruz, whether formal or informal. Some people may form loose co-ops by just deciding to eat and cook together, purchase food in bulk, or divide chores in certain ways. Other co-ops have structured methods of dividing chores, schedules for cooking, and regular meetings. Each co-op is unique in its values and style.
